🌍 Future Climate Data Models Now Integrated
Understanding how climate change affects infrastructure is no longer limited to the past or current.
Spottitt MF now integrates future climate scenario models, based on global models developed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
The IPCC models explore a range of future climate pathways – from best-case to worst-case scenarios – depending on how global actions and policies evolve. With this integration, users can now assess asset risk and resilience using a range of future climate models, helping make forward-looking decisions grounded in climate science.
📊 Report Enhancements: Prefiltering, CSV Downloads, and Filtered Data Downloads
- Prefilter Reports for Faster Access
When creating a new report, users can now set report prefilters that are automatically applied each time the report is loaded. This is especially helpful if you frequently use specific filters, for example, you are only interested in wind speeds over a certain thresholds, or you are looking at a particular subset of your assets, for example, just the high-voltage or high-pressure assets – saving time and reducing repetitive steps.
- New CSV Download Format
In addition to existing formats like GeoJSON and Excel, users can now download reports in CSV format. This means you can download large datasets without worrying about hitting the 1 million Excel row number limit.
- Download Only Filtered Data
No matter what report prefilters you set up during report creation or how you filter your data after report creation, your downloads will contain only the rows of data that you see on your screen, making data handling and sharing more efficient.
🪟 Report Split View Customization
Users now have more flexibility in how they view the reports:
- Switching between table and map view or
- Laying them out in a split horizontal or vertical view to be looked at together
- Dragging the divider to resize and explore the data in the format that best fits their workflow.
📐 Integration of 3D and Non-Linear Assets
While Spottitt MF has always been able to handle 2D linear assets, it can now also handle 3D linear asset models, networks of point assets, and complex polygons. This gives you more monitoring choices, enhanced visualisation, analysis and reporting. Below is an example where Spottitt MF is handling millions of unique line and point assets.
